In many
places, the Scriptures make reference to
the value and necessity of unity in the
Body of Christ. In John
17, Jesus prayed for all believers to be "one" just
as He is "one" with the Father. His
purpose in that was to reveal the depth of
the Father's love for His children. Though
each one of us is unique in how God created
us, including the steps God has ordained for
our lives, "so in Christ we who are many
form one body and each member belongs to all
the others (Rom 12:5)." In Him,
we are being built together into a spiritual
dwelling place for God (Eph 5:21-22), all
for the sake of revealing who He is to
the world. |

The Lord has
quickened us to hear the sound of His trumpet
calling the church to gather as lovers
of Jesus, with the sole intent of being unified
for His Kingdom plans and purposes in this
hour for Maine, the Northeastern United
States, and beyond. It is a cry of God to impart
His passion, perserverance and love into our
hearts so that His light will shine through
us for the sake of His harvest, particularly
in this region. As we gather, we will
co-labor through worship, intercession,
teaching of the Word, and blessing and ministering
to the Lord. We will invite Holy
Spirit to continue breaking through into
Maine - the East Gate of the United States
- for the Lord's glorious inheritance.
